CALGARY INC. AND CALGARY RENAISSANCE CORPORATION PARTNER TO HOLD SPEAKER
SERIES
Series Designed to Enhance the Competitive Knowledge
of Calgary's Business Community

Calgary Inc. is pleased to announce a partnership
with Calgary Renaissance Corporation to hold a speaker series designed
to bring internationally renowned business and community leaders to Calgary.
These speakers will discuss best practices in the economic development
realm, specifically in relation to Calgary's primary economic sectors
identified through the C-Prosperity process.
"I'm excited to provide a forum in which
we can help position Calgary for the future," said Grant Doyle, Calgary
Renaissance CEO. "One of our goals is to develop strategies and plans
that will benefit economic development in Calgary and contribute to the
ongoing focus on developing Calgary as a "great city"."
The first event will be held in May and the topic
will be "Growth Through Collaborative Economic Development."
