Calgary is very similar to its U.S. peers in terms of overall distribution
of companies by size of employment. On average, Calgary has similar
distribution of mid-size to large companies (50-500+ grouping) as
its U.S. counterparts. In the employee group (10-50), Calgary has
a higher concentration of companies than its peers, whereas, for
grouping (0-4), Calgary has substantially fewer companies in that
category.
