It affects people in many different ways. It is not simply a logo, a trademark or an advertising slogan. Calgary already has a brand. In fact it has many different brands, depending who you talk to.

Right now, Calgary Inc. is in the process of developing a clear brand image for Calgary that will benefit all Calgarians. Creation of this brand image will allow us to send out more coordinated and dynamic messages about our community. It will be a brand that will encourage businesses to grow here, enable people to raise their families here, invite tourists to visit here, and convince companies to invest here. It will be a brand that Calgarians will be proud of.
